General terms and conditions

 

1. General:

Remote Opus, hereafter referred to as “we” or “us,” provides recruitment services for remote placement of full-time staff for Western companies.

2. Recruitment and selection:

We strive to find qualified candidates who meet your specific needs. However, we cannot guarantee the performance of the placed candidate.

3. Customer responsibility:

You, the client, are responsible for determining the terms and conditions with the newly hired employee. We are not responsible for problems arising from the employment relationship.

4. Limitation of liability:

We are not responsible for any problems or losses during the recruitment and employment process.

5. Employee actions:

Although we are not responsible for employee actions, we offer a 3-month guarantee. If the employee leaves within the first 3 months, we will find a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Data security:

We try to keep personal information secure, but we cannot guarantee it. It is advisable for customers to take extra security precautions.

7. Legal responsibility:

We are not legally responsible for actions or consequences arising from the employment relationship.

8. Dispute resolution:

Any disputes will be settled by arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.

9. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep shared information confidential during the recruitment process.

10. Indemnification:

You agree to protect us from any claims or legal actions arising out of the employment relationship.

11.Termination clause:

You can terminate the search process at any time, but the search fee paid will not be refunded. After placement, termination is only allowed if you are dissatisfied with our services, and we will find another employee at no additional cost.

12. Force Majeure:

In the event of unforeseen events (force majeure), both parties will discuss alternatives to the agreement.

13. Changes:

We may change these terms without notice. By entering into a contract, you accept the updated terms.

14. Applicable law:

This agreement is governed by Dutch law.

15. Insurance:

Clients are responsible for all necessary insurance related to the employment relationship.

16. View full terms and conditions:

These terms form the basis of our agreement. Please refer to our official agreement for a full understanding. Changes may occur and it is your responsibility to stay informed.
