From logistics expert to remote talent pioneer
Serdar Necip Oksuz built his career in the world of e-commerce and logistics. With more than seven years of hands-on experience on platforms like Bol.com, Amazon and via dropshipping channels, he gained in-depth knowledge of a sector that is constantly evolving.
Where many entrepreneurs struggle with the complexity of marketplace listings, product positioning and logistics processes, Serdar made it his specialty. He achieved a sales revenue generated of more than €720,000 and built expertise in designing and optimizing listings that actually convert.
His years of experience working with international teams and freelancers laid the foundation for Remote Opus. He saw how difficult it was to find reliable, affordable and specialized staff, and how big the opportunity was if you solved that problem structurally.
From his own Shopify brand to remote team architect
Luis Gaviria knows better than anyone what it means to build an e-commerce business from scratch. With more than seven years of Shopify experience, he built the brand Aboe Safiya into a serious business with a realized revenue of more than €2.3 million.
What set Aboe Safiya apart was not just the product but also the way Luis built the business: with a fully remote team of specialists spread across different continents. His team consisted of SEO experts, SEA specialists, Meta Ads managers, video editors and social media professionals, all managed remotely.
